1. General
By placing an order with Footy Banners WA, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all banner orders placed via our website, email, or phone.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Custom Orders
All banners are custom made to order.
By submitting your order, you confirm that:

All spelling, names, numbers, and wording are correct

Colours selected are final
-
Banner size selected is correct

Artwork and layout preferences are accurate
Footy Banners WA is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling errors or incorrect information.
3. Artwork & Layout
If artwork proofs are provided:

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof

Production will not commence until approval is received
If no proof is requested, the banner will be produced based on the information provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to adjust text sizing or layout slightly to ensure proper fit and readability.
4. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on season demand.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed during peak periods (e.g. finals).
Rush orders may incur additional fees and must be confirmed prior to production.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post or courier services.
Footy Banners WA is not responsible for:

Courier delays

Lost parcels once marked delivered

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Customers must ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our products:

No refunds are available once production has commenced.

Cancellations must be requested before artwork approval or production begins.

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.
If a banner arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence.
7. Colour Variations
Actual printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on screen due to monitor differences and print processes.
Minor colour variations do not qualify for refunds.
8. Banner Use & Safety
Our banners are designed for temporary use.
Footy Banners WA is not liable for:

Improper installation

Damage caused by weather conditions

Injury resulting from incorrect mounting
Customers are responsible for secure and safe installation.
9. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have permission to use:

Club logos

Team names
-
Any copyrighted material supplied
Footy Banners WA is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided content.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the banner purchased.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including event disruption or missed celebrations.
