1. Custom-Made Products
All Footy Banners WA products are custom made to order.
Because each banner is personalised with customer-provided names, wording, colours and sizes, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Please carefully review all details before placing your order.
2. No Returns on Used Banners
Returns are not accepted on banners that have been:

Used
-
Installed
-
Mounted
-
Displayed outdoors
-
Damaged after delivery
Once a banner has been used, it is considered accepted by the customer and is not eligible for return or refund.
3. Order Errors (Customer Responsibility)
We are not responsible for:

Spelling mistakes submitted by the customer

Incorrect names, numbers or wording entered at checkout

Incorrect size selected
-
Incorrect shipping details provided
Refunds or reprints will not be issued for customer-submitted errors.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your banner arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Keep all original packaging
If approved, we may offer:

A replacement banner, or
-
A partial or full refund (at our discretion)
Claims made outside 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Production Errors
If an error is made by Footy Banners WA (e.g. incorrect wording not matching your order), we will:

Reprint the banner at no additional cost, or
-
Provide a suitable resolution
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate solution.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced.
Once your banner enters production, cancellations and refunds are not available.
7. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:

Courier delays
-
Lost parcels marked as delivered
-
Delays during peak periods (e.g. finals season)
If an item is lost in transit, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
